Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Customer Service Shift Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customer service team operates efficiently and effectively. You will guide and inspire the team to provide outstanding service while handling complex issues and escalated concerns with professionalism and tact.
This role will be rostered on an as needed basis (relief) as such flexible availability to work a variety of shift is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members;
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and entry regulations;
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Provide feedback and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
