Job Description Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5219 Dixie Hwy location. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently and accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
