Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
