Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Saint Ann location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient professional to provide exceptional service to our valued customers at 11124 Old St. Charles Rd. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling Multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
