Job Description Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Ballwin, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 14764 Clayton Rd location. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
