Job Description Domino's Pizza in Festus, United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at 801 Collins Drive. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Process cash and credit card transactions Assist in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary Adhere to company policies and food safety regulations Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Positive attitude and an easy smile Basic computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systems Excellent multitasking abilities Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues Customer-focused approach to problem-solving Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
