As a vital member of our store at 2181 Droste Rd, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a positive attitude Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
