We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to follow directions and adhere to company protocols Computer literacy and familiarity with order processing systems Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
