As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced register Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
