Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor Efficiently process customer orders through phone calls and in-person interactions Prepare and assemble pizza orders with attention to quality and accuracy Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Demonstrated multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
