Job Description Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 8346 WATSON RD location. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
