Job Description Join our team at Domino's Pizza in St. Louis as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9605 Manchester Rd location. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and empathetically Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations Qualifications Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with a willingness to support colleagues Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
