Job Description We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Blackjack, United States. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive customer relationships. Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Physical capability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
