Job Description Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Dellwood location! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our busy store located at 10486 W Florissant Ave. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently process orders Prepare food items according to company standards Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Provide helpful information about our products and promotions Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, empathetic manner Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong verbal communication abilities for clear interactions with customers and team members Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and cleanliness standards Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) Job Category Org: Store Customer Service Rep
