We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash transactions and handle payments Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain high-quality standards Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile Basic computer proficiency for operating point-of-sale systems and digital ordering platforms Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
