Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in St Louis, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide product information and recommendations to customers Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required Contribute to creating a positive customer experience through friendly and professional interactions Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Basic computer proficiency for order processing and record-keeping Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
