Job Description Domino's Pizza in Desoto, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 2128 Rock Road location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Capability to follow directions accurately and efficiently Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
