Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Fenton, United States location on South Highway 141. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately Process cash transactions and handle payments Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
