Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
