As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Process cash and credit card transactions Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Team player with a customer-focused mindset Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
