Job Description Domino's Pizza in Peru, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 1002 Shooting Park Rd. As a vital member of our store, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our efficient operations. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Contribute to a positive team atmosphere Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic math skills for accurate cash handling Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety guidelines Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
