Job Description Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 55 E GREEN ST location. As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting our busy pizza restaurant operations. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift Support delivery drivers by preparing orders for pickup Contribute to a positive team atmosphere Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Team player mentality with a willingness to support coworkers Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies Quick learner with attention to detail Food handling experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
