Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
