Job Description Domino's Pizza in Collinsville, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 608 Vandalia St location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with additional tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Positive attitude and an easy smile to enhance customer interactions Reliable transportation to and from work Note: Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
