The most important skills required to be a successful CSR are a great demeanor, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. No prior restaurant experience is necessary. CSRs work in the lunch, evening and late night dayparts. Candidates for this position must have a flexible schedule but may be able to work part time, as few as two days a week or as many as six days a week, depending on desire, availablity and need. Weekend hours may be required. This position may lead to managment opportunities for the right candidate.
