Job Description We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person, in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently Identify and escalate complex issues to managment Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Achieve performance targets and quality assurance standards Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Knowledge of our products or services is a plus
