Job Description Domino's in Phoenix, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5030 W McDowell location. As a vital member of our store, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to Domino's recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining spaces Assist with basic food preparation tasks and inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Minimum age of {16 } years Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues in different areas of the restaurant Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper food safety practices Customer service experience is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not mandatory Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
