Job Description Job Summary: At Domino’s, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are essential to creating great customer experiences. CSRs interact with customers directly, provide excellent service, and ensure all orders are taken, prepared, and delivered efficiently. If you're energetic, friendly, and team-oriented, we want you on our crew! Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in-store and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm Take and input customer orders accurately using Domino’s POS system Maintain product knowledge to answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and store offerings Handle cash, card, and contactless payments precisely and securely Assist with the preparation of pizzas and other menu items following Domino’s recipes and standards Monitor order times and coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch Support opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and securing the store Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and lobby areas regularly Assist with stock rotation, inventory tracking, and restocking supplies Address customer concerns, complaints, or order issues calmly and professionally Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling, and cleanliness Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and store promotions Help maintain an organized and upbeat work environment, especially during rush hours Comply with Domino’s standards, policies, and brand expectations at all times Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and boost sale Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with basic math, multitasking, and computer use Customer-focused, reliable, and team-driven Able to work in a high-energy environment under time pressure Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred (not required): Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service Familiarity with pizza ovens, kitchen equipment, or food prep Availability: Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must work on major holidays Benefits of Working at Domino’s: Flexible schedules and shift options Growth and advancement opportunities (CSR to shift lead pathway) 50% off employee discount On-the-job training and team support A fun, fast-paced, and respectful work culture Job Category Org: Store Customer Service Rep
