As a vital member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various tasks in our fast-paced environment. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with additional tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
