As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
