Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in-person and over the phone. Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payment transactions. Provide product recommendations and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items when needed. Maintain store cleanliness, including workstations, lobby, and restrooms.
