Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Ability to follow directions and adhere to company standards Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
