We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team!The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You enjoy working with people and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You’re enthusiastic about allergen-friendly baking and eager to learn more about our products
  • You’re reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a small team
  • You have an eye for detail and take pride in keeping things tidy and well-presented
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is a plus—but not essential.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Help customers navigate our range of gluten-free and dairy-free products, providing information on ingredients and recommendations based on their needs or preferences
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to a high standard
  • Assist with packaging baked goods for display and customer orders
  • Keep shelves and displays stocked, clean, and well-organized
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the front of house
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Maintain phone etiquette by ensuring clear communication and active listening during interactions with customers.
