JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, help customers select sizing, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Some flexibility in hours of work and days of the week. Starting time must be no later than 10am on-site.
Bonuses available for strong performers.
Potential for being off during summer months.

SKILLS

  • Must love dogs and have some general knowledge of breeds and different shapes of dogs.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in French is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own workload.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Must enjoy working with others and getting tasks completed. We are a small team and everyone works hard and helps each other.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
