Customer Service Rep - Coffee, Bakery and Retail at The Cake Bake Shop play an integral role in assisting guests with their bakery purchases, answering questions about our products, discussing the history of the shop, preparing coffee drinks, and packaging/plating desserts for guests. This is a tipped position—associates have the opportunity to earn tips in addition to their hourly wage.
