JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative at Aline Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous 2 years customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and 2020 Design. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Provide kitchen and bath cabinets design for customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
