In this role, you’ll be the central hub between customers, technicians, and service leadership, making sure the right technician gets to the right job at the right time. What You’ll Do • Answer incoming service calls and create work orders • Dispatch HVAC technicians to service and maintenance calls • Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes throughout the day • Communicate appointment updates with customers • Prioritize emergency service requests • Track technician progress and job completion • Ensure accurate work order documentation for billing You’ll work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, and operations team to keep service running smoothly.
