Our customer realises an increasing number of international members and therefore is looking for multilinugal staff that are able to meet and greet in various European languages. Currently we are looking for individuals speaking Czech, Dutch or Danish.

The Service Representative (m/f/d) provides customer service support to the club members:

  • Answer all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to direct/transfer calls
  • Responsible for assisting and directing members/guests
  • Enter guest and telephone inquiry information into CRM
  • Record lost and found items
  • Promote and sell merchandise
  • Arrange personal trainings
  • Issue membership cards
  • Document change of address, contact details and questions regarding billings and payments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid EU working visa (where required) and already registered in Berlin

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER / SERVICE CENTER ENVIRONMENT
