Description Starting Pay: $12.50-$14.50/hr. Core Responsibilities: Answer phones and respond to patients needs by assisting or transferring to the appropriate party Assist walk-ins Process Cash Sales/Collect Co-Pays Process Refunds Train Patients on equipment dispensed Create Patient Charts Create Sales Orders at patient requests Confirm Deliveries Obtain Shipping Status on Invoices Prepare Claims for Billing Scan Delivery Confirmation on all dropship orders Create Orders for dropship Contact patients and facilities on refill supplies and document according to insurance guidelines Create Orders for outside Vendors Create Purchase Orders per Vendor Requirements Skills and Knowledge: Must have excellent Customer Service Requires time management skills and muti-task abilities Strong organizational and communication skills ICD-10 Knowledge preferred Education/Training: High School Diploma Work Experience one-year experience in customer service Physical/Environmental Demands: Must be able to lift to 40 lbs. Requires up and down gestures assisting patients and obtaining necessary equipment.
