Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Representative to act as the company’s voice. The Customer Service Representative will provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills. This is a part time position: Weekdays 2pm-7pm. Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Answer incoming calls. Responds to caller’s general information requests and/or inquiries. Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process. Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts. Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible. Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service. Assist with projects on template updates Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Excellent email and phone etiquette. MS office (MS word and excel) and PC fluency Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Requirements Education and Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus. RFMS Systems Experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
