This includes tracking and managing of assets through all lifecycle stages: shipment, installation, operation, maintenance, reassignment and retirement. Create and update customer records (names, shipping and billing addresses) ensuring consistency in data formats and naming conventions Maintain documents and guides related to the creation and maintenance of customers and asset records. Prepare reports detailing the status and history of asset and customer records and provide accurate data for informed evaluation and action by the Data teams. Collaborate with Marketing and divisional groups for asset-related actions and participate in continuous improvement work.   Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 24 hours x 5 days a week Work Hours: 5 scheduled days which may include holiday and on-call   All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Previous experience in customer-service role is a plus. Knowledge of Asset Management software is a plus. Ability to use MS Office Word, Excel, Access. Good communication and coordination abilities Possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
