We’re looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests and interactions using a friendly, helpful and mutually amicable approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service. What will you do: Experienced in processing sales orders, sale invoices, e-way bill, LC, LCA and related documents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of goods. Liaison with Transporters / CFA. Well Versed with Tally, Excel, Order to Cash Process (OTC) & OTIF, Forecasting and Planning. Exhibits good customer management skills (Domestic / International) excelling in negotiations, planning, scheduling and ensuring payment on time. Maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records per trackers, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained Resourceful in addressing customer inquiries, customer concerns, and complaints related to the assigned category, providing excellent customer service. What will you bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required. At least 10 years of experience in Customer Service. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts and avoid escalations.
