CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Location: Cicero, IL 60804 Industry: Manufacturing JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing company located in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order and delivery process. RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. * Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. * Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database. * Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary. * Provide product information and support to customers as needed. * Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
