About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department at our Edmonton office. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for plumbing and HVAC services. Your job is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and ensure every service call is scheduled with precision.
You will use Go High Level to manage leads, book jobs, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. The role requires someone who communicates clearly, works well under pressure, and takes pride in running a tight, efficient schedule.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online service requests
Ask the five Ws: who, what, where, when, and why, and record all details clearly
Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on location, urgency, and availability
Use Go High Level to manage all customer interactions, booking, and follow-ups
Coordinate between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager
Support warranty calls, recurring maintenance, and rebookings
Send confirmations, request reviews, and follow up after service
Stay on top of changes, cancellations, and high-priority requests
What You Bring
Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatch, preferably in plumbing or HVAC
Working knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM tools
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Presentable, professional attitude with a strong sense of accountability
Education
A diploma or certificate in business administration, office admin, or customer service is an asset. Experience in the trades or field service industry will also be considered valuable.
Why Work With Us
You will be part of a team that values high standards, trust, and follow-through
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success
We offer steady full-time hours, competitive compensation, and benefits after probation
There is room to grow if you bring the right energy and performance
Attention to Detail Matters
Include the word silver in the subject line when you apply. This is how we filter candidates who pay attention and follow directions. Applications that do not include this will be automatically rejected.
