• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist with policy quotes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Liaise with insurers to resolve client issues and process changes.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service standards.
