Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Warranty) Location: Santiago - On Site  Salary: DOP$40,000 +  up to 6k performance Incentives Shifts:  10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 9:00 AM -6:00 PM DSL Weekends: OFF              GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems.  Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the customer's front-line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
