Job Description Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Urbana location! We're looking for friendly and professional individuals to provide exceptional service to our customers at 407 E University Ave, Urbana, United States. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate handling of money Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as required Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Cash handling experience preferred Food preparation knowledge or willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
