Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Customer Order process for both manual & EDI PO’s, ensuring the timely and accurate order entry, co-ordinate pick-up or delivery, facilitate accurate invoicing and resolve any en-route customs and/or transportation issues
  • Develop and build strong positive relationships with external Customers / Brokers and internal key stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Shipping and Demand Planning in a professional and efficient manner
  • OS&D Management; – Over, shorts and damages as identified by Customers or Sales in determining root cause and providing a solution
  • Communicate regularly with Planning Dept, Production, QA and Shipping to ensure Customer requests are met
  • Look for best practices with established processes and procedures, sharing knowledge transfer with co-workers, and documenting SOPs for all department processes
