Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the creation of compelling marketing assets and enhance the company’s brand visibility across multiple platforms. This role will involve end-to-end campaign execution, content strategy, and hands-on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Material Development: Create high-quality branded assets such as brochures, sales packs, POS materials, video content, and presentations.
  • Digital & Social Media: Develop and manage engaging digital content to support product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
  • Product Launch Support: Collaborate with internal teams to manage seamless rollouts of new products or services.
  • Sales Alignment: Ensure brand messaging aligns with sales strategies, creating consistent and engaging communications across all customer touchpoints.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and support brand events, trade workshops, and collaborations with industry partners.
  • Campaign Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Monitoring: Keep up with trends and insights relevant to the design and manufacturing space, identifying opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required for key meetings, customer visits, and trade events.
