CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies related to customer accounts in an effort to provide first contact

resolution. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor.

• Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate products and services.
• Responds to general customer inquiries

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask assigned responsibilities
